In terms of value-for-money golf it doesn't get much better than Parc Golf Club in Coedkernew, not far from the golfing hotspot of Newport.
The club was founded in 1990 and has since developed into a fabulous offering for visiting golfers.
Best advice, however, is to pack a lot of balls as water borders almost every fairway, except for the closing four holes.
It is not a long course as it sits just over 5, 019 yards for 18 holes. The course is generally flat in parts and fairly easy walking, so the only thing you need to look out for is the water!
