Cardiff has around 20 courses nearby and almost all of them are set-up to test the more gifted players to the fore. Being around five miles north west of the city centre going in the direction of Llantrisant and directly north of Cardiff International Airport, it has a prime location for visiting golfers.
The opening holes see you play away from the clubhouse on narrow, tight fairways before the course opens up allowing you to open the shoulders as you meander through typical parkland scenery. The closing holes are tough, but richly rewarding if your drives positioned correctly.
