Don't be fooled into thinking you are going to be in for an easy ride when you turn up at this course in Caerphilly and see a totally flat golf course. No, this delightful nine-holer is a challenging layout indeed with trees, bunkers and lakes providing plenty of trouble if you stray off line. The course comprises of six par-4s and three par-3s and there aren't many clubs, if any, that you won't have had out the bag by the time you finish. It's a pay-and-play facility and you don't need a handicap certificate to play here. The course, incidentally, is situated next to Caerphilly Leisure Centre, so you can mix your golf with some other sports if you like. |
