This nine-holer was built on a former vineyard and is entirely used as a pay-and-play facility. It has been open since 1988 and is now very well established. You can leave your driver in the boot of the car - the longest hole is 165 yards - but that doesn't mean to say you won't enjoy a round here. It's the sort of course where you can really sharpen up those irons and, at the same time, feel as though you've had excellent value for your money. There's a practice area and putting green and, if the person who answers the telephone is anything to go by, then you will be made to feel very welcome indeed at Castell Coch. |
